Are you registered to run a 10 KM race and thinking about utilising a 10km Run Taining Program?

Many people have the goal of running a 10 KM event. With our 10km Run Training Program, we will not only prepared you for the run, but give you a specific training program. This will allow you to get the best time possible. It is one thing to participate in an event, it is another to go into it prepared, ready to give it your best shot.

Whether it is your first event, or you are trying to beat an old personal best, your needs will be catered for within your 10km Run Training Program. Your program will consist of more than just running exercises. In addition it will also factor in recovery, nutrition and interesting drills to ensure your training isn’t a chore. Your program will help manage your workload to avoid injury and give you the best chance of peaking for your event.

We understand that accountability is key. This is where many online training programs don’t deliver. Typically you will select your program, feel inspired, then motivation and commitment to the program starts to drop off. Following your 10km Run Training Program you will continue to get the support you need. You will receive weekly e mails enquiring about your training and progress to make sure you are on task and your program is suiting you. It’s important to us that you arrive at the start line confidence.

Finally, injury prevention is important to us that is why we recommend you accompany your training program with strength training each week. If you are not sure where to start and need assistance with setting up a strength program specific to running and your personal needs prevent injury we offer a 10% discount on our DA Endurance Strength Programs when you select a DA Endurance training program.
